If the check won't load

The anti-bot box above is Cloudflare Turnstile. When it fails it shows its own error and a "Troubleshoot" link that leads nowhere useful — that link is inside Cloudflare's frame and isn't ours to fix, so here is what actually helps, in the order worth trying:

  1. Reload the page and submit within five minutes. The check expires after 300 seconds and can only be used once. Coming back with the Back button re-sends the spent one, which looks identical to a failure.
  2. Allow challenges.cloudflare.com. Content blockers, strict tracking protection, and locked-down DNS filters block it, and the widget can't say so from inside its own frame.
  3. Turn JavaScript on for this domain. Everything else here works without it; this one check can't.
